Amanda’s passion for exceptional food experiences started early, as a young cook working alongside her father, the founder of the award-winning Vivo Enoteca in Wellington, New Zealand. Her foundational years in acclaimed restaurants across New Zealand laid the groundwork for her culinary journey.
Her career soon took flight, literally. As head chef aboard a private jet, Amanda traveled the world, drawing inspiration from diverse cuisines and culinary traditions. Her globe-spanning experience influenced her style, allowing her to master a wide array of dishes and techniques.
